  1. Terms and Conditions for Online Courses by Islamic Outreach Institute

    1. Attendance Policy

      • Students are required to attend all scheduled sessions conducted by the Islamic Outreach Institute. Consistent absences without prior notice may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.
      • Punctuality is mandatory; students must log in promptly at the scheduled session time to minimize disruptions.
    2. Student Conduct

      • All students must exhibit respect and uphold the values of the Islamic Outreach Institute during online sessions. Inappropriate language, behavior, or disrespect toward teachers or classmates will not be tolerated.
      • Disruptive conduct, such as interrupting sessions or failing to follow teacher instructions, may result in disciplinary action determined by the administration.
    3. Fee Payment

      • Course fees are to be paid in advance, following the agreed-upon schedule (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
      • The student’s online access to classes may be suspended until the full payment is settled.
    4. Session Recording and Privacy

      • Classes may be recorded by the Islamic Outreach Institute for training, quality assurance, or review purposes. Recordings remain confidential and will not be shared externally.
      • Students and parents must not record or distribute session content without prior written consent from the administration.
    5. Parental Supervision

      • For younger students (ages 5–12), parents or guardians are encouraged to supervise their child’s participation to ensure active engagement.
      • Parents are requested to report technical issues or other concerns to the administration promptly.
    6. Technical Requirements

      • Students must have a stable internet connection and access to a device equipped with a functioning camera and microphone to participate in online sessions.
      • The Islamic Outreach Institute is not responsible for missed sessions due to technical difficulties on the student’s side.
    7. Code of Conduct for Parents/Guardians

      • Parents and guardians are expected to interact respectfully with the Islamic Outreach Institute’s administration, staff, and teachers. Hostile or disruptive behavior may result in the termination of services.
      • Feedback, suggestions, or complaints must be communicated through official channels provided by the Islamic Outreach Institute.
    8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

      • Refunds are only applicable if cancellations are made within the first 7 days of enrollment. Beyond this period, no pro-rated refunds will be offered for unused portions of a subscription.
      • If the Islamic Outreach Institute cancels a class or program, a full refund or rescheduling options will be provided.
    9. Content Usage and Copyright

      • All course materials, resources, and recordings are the intellectual property of the Islamic Outreach Institute. They are provided exclusively for enrolled students and must not be copied, shared, or distributed without authorization.
      • Any misuse of resources will result in immediate termination of enrollment and may lead to legal action.
    10. Termination of Enrollment

      • The Islamic Outreach Institute reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment due to non-compliance with these terms, including but not limited to non-payment, disruptive behavior, or policy violations.
      • Parents and students will be notified of such decisions in writing, with reasons for the termination clearly stated.

By enrolling in the courses provided by the Islamic Outreach Institute, students, parents, and guardians agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
